Acceptance of Intrastat Statistical Reports

This service is intended for submitting Intrastat statistical reports on trade flows with European Union countries.
Using this service, you can:
- view the statuses and registration numbers of all submitted Intrastat statistical reports for the last 24 months;
- check whether you are overdue in submitting a report that is required to be submitted.

Acceptance of Intrastat Statistical Reports
Required Documents or Conditions
- The service recipient must be a VAT payer
- The service recipient must be registered as a recipient of customs electronic services (BAP) (the VAT payer code must be entered in the BAP account)
Result
- Report accepted
- Report rejected (a list of identified errors is provided)
If you fail to comply with the established requirements (fail to submit a report on time or submit incorrect data), administrative offence proceedings may be initiated
Duration Time
The report is processed immediately after data submission
