The service is intended to submit a request for a customs decision confirming the tariff classification of goods according to the nomenclatures used in the European Union.
An application may be submitted by any person who intends to apply customs procedures.
Using this service, you may also, where applicable:
- withdraw a submitted application;
- submit additional information related to the application.

- The service recipient must hold an Economic Operators Registration and Identification number (EORI number) issued in the Republic of Lithuania or in another European Union Member State
- The service recipient must be registered as a recipient of customs electronic services (BAP)
- The service recipient must log in electronically to the EU Trader Portal
