Application for Registration in Registered Exporters (REX) System

This service is intended to submit an application for a person to be granted a Registered Exporter (REX) status.
An application may be submitted by any person who:
- exports goods under Preferential Agreements concluded on behalf of the European Union that provide for preferential origin documents to be made out by a Registered Exporter;
- holds documents proving the preferential origin of the goods being exported or re-consigned.
Using this service, you may also, where applicable:
- withdraw a submitted application;
- submit a request to partially amend authorisation data;
- submit a request to revoke an authorisation.
Note! You can submit a written, signed (by an authorized person of the company) application for Registered Exporter (REX) status.

- The service recipient must hold an Economic Operators Registration and Identification number (EORI number) issued in the Republic of Lithuania or in another European Union Member State and must be established in the Republic of Lithuania
- The service recipient must be registered as a recipient of customs electronic services (BAP)
