Applications for Customs Authorisations in CDS

This service is intended for submitting applications for authorisation to apply a customs procedure or customs simplifications.
An application may be submitted by any person who wishes to apply a customs procedure or customs simplifications.
Using this service, you may also, where applicable:
- withdraw a submitted application;
- submit amendments to an accepted application;
- submit a request to partially amend authorisation data;
- submit a request to suspend an authorisation;
- submit a request to revoke an authorisation;
- submit a request to extend the validity period of an authorisation.

- The service recipient must hold an Economic Operators Registration and Identification number (EORI number) issued in the Republic of Lithuania or in another European Union Member State
- The service recipient must be registered as a recipient of customs electronic services (BAP)
