Applications for Customs Authorisations in CDS

This service is intended for submitting applications for authorisation to apply a customs procedure or customs simplifications.

By using this service, you can submit the following applications for the granting of authorisations:

• Application for the provision of a comprehensive guarantee, including possible reduction or waiver (CGU)
• Application for the deferment of payment (DPO)
• Application for the simplification of the determination of amounts being part of the customs value of goods (CVA)
• Application for the operation of storage facilities for the temporary storage of goods (TST)
• Application to establish regular shipping services (RSS)
• Application for the status of authorised issuer to establish the proof of the customs status of Union goods (ACP)
• Application to use simplified declaration (SDE)
• Application for centralised clearance (CCL)
• Application for making a customs declaration through an entry of data in the declarant's records, including for the export procedure (EIR)
• Application for self-assessment (SAS)
• Application for the status of authorised weigher of bananas (AWB)
• Application for the use of inward processing procedure (IPO)
• Application for the use of outward processing procedure (OPO)
• Application for the use of end use (EUS)
• Application for the use of temporary admission (TEA)
• Application for the operation of storage facilities for the customs warehousing of goods (CW1, CW2 or CWP)
• Application for the status of authorised consignee for TIR procedure (ACT)
• Application for the status of authorised consignor for Union transit (ACR)
• Application for the status of authorised consignee for Union transit (ACE)
• Application for the use of seals of a special type (SSE)
• Application to use transit declaration with a reduced dataset (TRD)
• Application for the use of an electronic transport document as customs declaration (ETD)

An application may be submitted by any person who wishes to apply a customs procedure or customs simplifications.

Using this service, you may also, where applicable:

• withdraw a submitted application;
• submit amendments to an accepted application;
• submit a request to partially amend authorisation data;
• submit a request to suspend an authorisation;
• submit a request to revoke an authorisation;
• submit a request to extend the validity period of an authorisation.

CUSTOMS DECISIONS SYSTEM

• The service recipient must hold an Economic Operators Registration and Identification number (EORI number) issued in the Republic of Lithuania or in another European Union Member State
• The service recipient must be registered as a recipient of customs electronic services (BAP)
