This service is intended for submitting an application for an identification number for a person wishing to provide customs representation services.
An application may be submitted by any person who wishes to provide customs representation services in the territory of the Republic of Lithuania.
Using this service, you may also, where applicable:
- withdraw a submitted application;
- submit a request to partially amend authorisation data;
- submit a request to revoke an authorisation.

- The service recipient must hold an Economic Operators Registration and Identification number (EORI number) issued in the Republic of Lithuania or in another European Union Member State.
- The service recipient must be registered as a recipient of customs electronic services (BAP).
