Export (Re-export) Declarations

This service is intended for lodging customs declarations for goods being taken out of the customs territory of the European Union, as well as for selected customs procedure or re-export (including a Re-export Notification).

The service allows the submission of not only standard, but also simplified and supplementary declarations.

A declaration may be lodged by any person (declarant) who meets the following conditions:

• is able to provide all information required to complete the selected customs procedure;
• is able to present the goods to customs or ensure that they are presented.

Using this service, you may also, where applicable:

• submit a request to amend a declaration already lodged;
• submit a request to invalidate a declaration already lodged;
• where a customs authorisation has been granted via MLS, lodge a declaration retrospectively (after the goods have already been taken out);
• submit a permit where restrictions or prohibitions apply to the goods;
• submit a request for authorisation to apply an processing customs procedure;
• pay the duties and taxes due (where applicable); or
• submit a guarantee for the payment of duties and taxes due (where applicable).

• The service recipient must hold an Economic Operators Registration and Identification number (EORI number) issued in the Republic of Lithuania or in another European Union Member State
• The service recipient must be registered as a recipient of customs electronic services (BAP)

• Declaration accepted
• Declaration not accepted
• Goods released
• Goods not released

If customs identifies violations or if you fail to comply with the established requirements:

• goods may not be released, may be detained or confiscated
• administrative offence proceedings or a pre-trial investigation may be initiated

The declaration is processed immediately upon submission of the declaration data

Paper-based documents may be used temporarily in the event of temporary failures of the computerised systems of customs or economic operators
