Receipt of Customs Declaration Data

This service is intended for retrieving data on import, export or re-export declarations stored in the Integrated Customs Information System.

Who may retrieve declaration data?

Using this service, declaration data may be retrieved by the person in whose name the declaration was lodged, or by their authorised representative who submitted the declaration to customs

Using this service, select the desired criteria and generate a query.

Note! You may also retrieve customs declaration data by submitting a written signed request. The request must specify the period for which the data is required and what data is needed. An authorisation must also be submitted where applicable.

Important! You must also submit a written request if you want to receive data on import declarations for Low Value Consignment or goods sent by post.

• The service recipient must hold an Economic Operators Registration and Identification number (EORI number) issued in the Republic of Lithuania or in another European Union Member State
• The service recipient must be registered as a recipient of customs electronic services (BAP)

• Import, export and re-export declaration data retrieved (xlsx file)
• Otherwise, a notification that no data was found is provided
• Where a written request has been received and a refusal to provide the data is issued, a reasoned response is provided

• 20 working days where a written request has been submitted

• The service recipient is a natural person who does not hold an EORI number, or who themselves chooses this method of obtaining the service.
